Bakırcı's experience and competence in automotive and equipment technologies were utilized in the creation of the contents of the booklets published within the scope of the Vocational Education Development Project (MEGEP) and used in all Body Technology courses.

We serve the Automotive Industry, which is one of the areas where the lack of trained intermediate staff is most active. Within the framework of our social responsibility strategy, we determine the mutual sharing factor as a priority target in all areas we interact with. For this reason, we are trying to raise the standards of human resources in the sector by providing active training and equipment support to the Automotive departments of Industrial Vocational High Schools.
