About Us
Bakirci provides within his unique service package architectural design of automotive facilities in Turkey, supply of maintenance and repair equipment for the workshops, after-sales services for this equipment, training for technical staff, vocational qualification certifications, business development projects for the efficiency of the workshop, supply of consumables, spare parts consultancy, workshop software, parking systems, supply of charging stations for electric vehicles and solar energy systems. Bakirci is thus the company with the widest brand portfolio and service network.
With 105 employees and more than 30 distributorships, Bakirci is designing, building and equipping complete workshops mainly in Turkey and in countries, like Azerbaijan, North Cyprus, Iraq, Georgia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Qatar and USA.
Bakirci is continuing his mission on the basis of Manufacturer Standards with the sustainable concept for service totality. The aim is creating added values for his sector and the society.

Chairman of the Board
Having spent 23 years of education in Germany, Cihat Bakırcı completed his master's degree in 1987 at the Faculty of Architecture at Berlin Technical University; Germany. He started his business life as a Sworn Translator, continued as an Architect, joined Bakırcı Otomotiv, which was founded by Cengiz Bakırcı in 1989, as a partner, and executed for many years the position of the General Manager. In the process of Bakırcı's new vision and structuring Cihat Bakırcı is carrying out the position of the Chairman of the Board in the group. Cihat Bakırcı is member of the Izmir Chamber of Architecture since 1992, as well as a member of the German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Turkey) and member of the Honor Board of TOBFED (Turkish Automotive Maintenance Associations Federation).
Vice Chairman of the Board / CEO
Mehmet Karakoç, graduate of the electrical engineering program at Yıldız Technical University started his career in the automotive sector in 1992 during his university term. Karakoç, who became a partner of Bakırcı Otomotiv in 2002, also assumed the role of Sales and Marketing Director. He has managed the business development processes of the company since 2008 and became in 2020 the CEO of the company. In addition, he took an active role in the Istanbul Young Entrepreneurs Board of TÜGİAD (Young Businessmen's Association of Turkey) and TOBB (Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges) for many years. Currently, in addition to his managerial position at Bakırcı, he also actively carries out the duties of a Board Member of TOBFED (Turkish Automotive Maintenance Associations Federation) and a member of the Board of Directors of TOSDER (All Automotive Services Association). As of 2021, he started to work as a Board Member of OSS (Turkish Automotive Aftermarket Organisation ).

Markus Gronbach is senior partner of the GGA-Advisory GmbH, providing company management and strategic planning. He served at the ministry of defence in Germany and on overseas missions as head of internal leadership, information/investigation and legal. He is a graduate of the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Univesity Bonn, and the Paris Lodron University Salzburg Law school, and spent part of his studies and research for his doctoral thesis at the University of Kent. He worked for and with renowned Law Firms in Germany and Austria. His main fields of practice are corporate, economic law, contract law and aviation law.

Sinan Saip Bel's automotive focused career started in 2003 as service consultant at BMW- MINI brands in Turkey. Then he worked as the aftersales regional chief at Audi between 2004-2008, supporting newcomer Lamborghini and Bentley for a limited period at the same time. In 2008, he has been transferred as After Sales Manager at Fer Mas Oto which is the official distributor of Ferrari & Maserati brands. As of 2014, he became the General Manager of the company and Member of Board. Being an Italian speaker helps Mr. Bel to understand Italian automotive producers' culture from firsthand. He has been selected as the director of Alfa Romeo and Jeep brands in 2017 besides his management duty in Fer Mas Company. Mr. Bel's experience in almost every well-known automotive brands makes Masterpiece Auto Holding capable to serve each brand. Mr. Bel is the CEO of Masterpiece Auto Holding since 2020.

Mr. Price has two decades of experience as an investor and advisor acting for Middle Eastern family offices and large conglomerates. He has acted upon a wide range of investments in Europe, the United States and the GCC. A native of the United Kingdom, Mr. Price graduated from the University of Cambridge and obtained his Masters from the London School of Economics.

Umut Emirler is Co-Founder of UP Capital. He has over 20+ years of experience in providing innovative strategic advice and solutions to a global and diverse client base including corporations, institutions, trusts, family offices, and UHNW individuals. Umut holds Bachelor of Science (BS) from Indiana University. He has served as the President of the International Business Development Institute and has acted as a Board Director of the Turkish - American Business Association which aims to deepen economic ties between the two nations.
